I don't think I could live without cheese. As a self-proclaimed dairy (and carb) queen, I don't discriminate against cheeses. I like them mild, soft, peppery, and bitter. And whether it's a Babybel snack or a ball of fresh mozzarella, I have no problem finding ways to incorporate cheese into my daily meals. All I can say is, thank the lord I'm not lactose intolerant. My sister shares my love for cheese and prepared this lovely spread for a dinner party last week.
